Having raced 2 10k’s so far this Summer 2022, with another race coming up in a week time, I have been focusing on my training and improving my strength, endurance and most importantly speed. The training takes up most of the part of running from sleep to nutrition, sprints to walks. Making sure you do what you love is key. You can have an ice cream at night, you can watch that’s series you love, just focus on reaching your goals in a time efficient manner.
