word on the street, it was light and airy yet rich with cocoa *clapping from my living room dining table right now to you! It was made out of ground tiger nuts, which makes it gluten free I think? *chef’s kiss.

So yes I must say I did fall down the trap of the signature Lockdown Banana Bread - so I made a variety of versions of it, each time it’s getting better and better.
