Looking for ways to stay cool in summer? No, it’s not the ice cube diet, which got us all mad. Try this super easy and delicious Berry Smoothie Bowl. Need help implementing more fruits and veg, smoothies are always the way.

Berry Bowl (V, GF)

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Frozen Berries

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 150ml Plant Based Milk (Oat milk is best here)

  • 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed

  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds

  • 3 TBSP Oats

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Honey/Agave

  • Pinch of Salt

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender

  2. Blend until it’s just about smooth and well combined (for a thicker bowl - less milk, for a shake - the add more milk)

  3. Serve in a bowl, grab your favourite spoon & eat!

    Optional: top with granola, cereal, chia seeds, chopped dark chocolate or banana
