a day in Brighton

Hands-down the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever tried and ever will only at Fatto a Mano, where they do Neapolitan pizza’s, which are made on sight every day and they have 3 different locations (we headed to the one in North Laine) as we explored so many vintage shops and great-quality cafes. Highly recommend to anyone who has an appetite as the pizza’s are quite something when it comes to size but ceryainly not complaining! Also, when choosing gluten-free it’s easier on the stomach and takes away the post-carbs tired feeling you get.

And for some great ice cream (with the best vegan options I COULD EVER IMAGINE!) is Boho Gelato, where they offer 24 ever changing flavours, at least 4 being vegan, which is unheard of as most ice cream parlours only offer sorbet options! Being lactose intolerant is a real challenge when it comes to ice cream as I am an ice cream lover so when I discover places like this it makes me over the moon! As we made our way down from the Laines after a spot of lunch, down towards the Pier we spotted their original shop, which is so so cute.
